sind Anrufe von Call Centers nicht stalken ?

.. diese entsetzlichen Anrufe von Call Centern ! immer laut, immer unverschämt und immer sinnlos ! woher haben die die persönlichen Daten (Adressen, Nummern, etc) ?  kann man das nicht verbieten ? kann man das nicht als Stalking weil Belästigung anzeigen ?
- aren't call of call centers stalking? .. always these dreadful calls of call centers ! alway noisy, always impertinent behaviour and always useless ! Where do they get the personal data ? isn' t there a chance to be protected against this ? Isn' there a chance to sue against this because it is talking / molesting ?
